Who are these guys, you ask? Two supremely talented DJ/Producers from Germany (where else?). Bespoke Musik connected to these fine gents through a mutual friend, Luis Rosenberg, who graced us with his fantastic, thoughtful, intricate, intelligent and thoroughly gorgeous mix last year… (Bespoke-musik-radio-020-luis-rosenberg if you missed it. Still one of our favorites of the entire series.)
Creating a lush, rich soundscape that weaves in and out of various genres with ease throughout this nearly 2 hour mix, Philipp and Max produce what we already consider one of the finest, freshest and most creative mixes we’ve featured.
Bio:
Both having roots in Western Germany (or Nordrheinwestfalen, if you’re able to pronounce that), Philipp Fein and Max Schmitt found ancient techno Mecca Cologne to be their chosen home. It’s in that city where they started fruitful collaborations with like-minded beings as Johannes Klingebiel, Alma & Mater, and not least… each other. Products of said collaborations are various and colorful, be it music (of course), underground warehouse raves (the most sought after in the city), labels (namely „Ancient Future Now“ and „Feines Tier“), or the opening of a new club (which will happen very soon). Keep your ears peeled for them.
